Could Tiger be on his way back? Thursday's performance was a good sign.

**Woods Shoots 6-Under in First Round Since Divorce

Maybe the divorce was playing with his mind.  In his first round of golf since his divorce became official yesterday, Tiger Woods looked more like the number one player in the world once again, shooting a 6-under, 65 in the first round of The Barclays in Paramus, NJ.

The opening round was Woods lowest score of the season and he sits tied atop the leaderboard with Vaughn Taylor. It’s the first time Woods has lead after any round on the PGA Tour since the Tour Championship last September.  Woods hit all but one fairway and putted for birdie on all but two holes.

** Pujols Becomes 3rd Youngest to 400

St. Louis Cardinals slugger Albert Pujols became the third youngest player in major league history to reach the 400 home run plateau, when he connected with a solo shot in the fourth inning off of Washington nationals starter Jordan Zimmerman.  Pujols becomes the 47th major league player to reach the milestone.

At 30 years, 222 days, Pujols became the third-youngest player to reach 400 homers. Alex Rodriguez hit No. 400 at 29 years, 316 days, and Ken Griffey Jr. reached the benchmark at 30 years, 141 days.
