The 2012 U.S. Open Trophy Ceremony was photo bombed by a man who calls himself "Jungle Bird".
NBC's
Bob Costas was interviewing first time major winner
Webb Simpson, when a Union Jack-clad man began sqawking on live television. USGA head
Mike Davis quickly yanked the man off camera as a stunned Costas and Simpson looked on.
The 2012 U.S. Open champion chimed in with a,
"enjoy the jail cell, pal" quip as the man was whisked away by authorities. For anyone that cares what Jungle Bird's motives were, he claims to be "an activist dedicated to raising awareness of deforestation."
